How to use:

- Frozen:
- Add 1 measuring spoon (30 g) of HIDROPOWER to 1 1/2 glasses (300 ml) of water. Pour the mixture into a container and freeze.
- Soda:
- In a blender, mix 1 measuring spoon (30 g) of HIDROPOWER with 1 glass of ice, a few drops of lemon and 1 1/2 glasses (300 ml) of soda.
