How do I track my order?

You can track your order in real time and know the status of your order:

  • By clicking on the tracking number of your order, that link will take you to the page of the carrier that is in charge of delivering your order and you only have to enter the tracking number, click on track and that's it!

If you have any problems with your order, please send us an email to servicioalcliente@weekbe.com and our customer service team will be contacting you within the next 24 hours.

Delivery Times

Most of our products have a delivery time of 4 to 6 business days after confirmation of your order. It is very important that you provide us with all the information so that we can send the product correctly and that your product arrives in the shortest time possible.

You can check the delivery time at the top where it says "DELIVERY TIME FOR THIS PRODUCT"

  • 3-month interest-free credit from ADDI (Minimum order value $50,000 COP)

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost depends on the size and weight of the product, the destination and the carrier. They usually have a shipping cost of $14,000 COP, but many of our orders have FREE shipping in Colombia and you can see it with the FREE SHIPPING seal.

Terms of payment on delivery

Our cash on delivery option applies additional costs for the collection of the money charged by the carrier. These must be assumed at the time of receiving your order.

Remember to have the full amount in CASH at the time of delivery , so that you do not have any issues with the receipt of your order.

Changes and Guarantees

If you need to make a change or claim a guarantee on your order, we invite you to send us an email to servicioalcliente@weekbe.com and our customer service team will be contacting you within the next 24 - 48 hours explaining the process in an easy and fast way.

Has your order been cancelled?

If your order has been cancelled, you should have received an email confirming the cancellation of your order. Additionally, you should have received an email with a code with the total value of your order that you can use to purchase any other product at Weekbe. Our codes have an expiration time of 1 year.

If you want your money back you must send an email to servicioalcliente@weekbe.com with:

  • Order #
  • Full Name
  • ID number
  • Account number (Bancolombia or NEQUI)
  • Account type (Savings or checking)

You will receive support within a maximum of 7 business days (Business days are Monday to Friday)

My order has not arrived?

If your order has not arrived, it may be that when you made the purchase you did not enter your email address or Email in order to verify the status of your order, we invite you to send us an email to servicioalcliente@weekbe.com and our customer service team will be contacting you within the next 24 - 48 hours.
