Between the client and/or user, who acts directly, whether a natural person or a legal entity, and on the other hand Weekbe Marketplace business group duly constituted under Colombian laws, which has a website www.weekbe.com, they enter into this contract in accordance with the terms and conditions required by Colombian law.

The information and personal data provided by the client, consumer, or any user, is presumed to be authentic and truthful.

In the case of a legal entity, natural person or acting on behalf of or representing a third party, the subscriber declares that he is legally authorized to act on behalf of and representing the third party, holding harmless

Weekbe Marketplace from any liability for personal impersonation carried out by any client and/or user.

FIRST PARAGRAPH: To make any purchase, it is essential to register, identify yourself and present yourself as a user on the website, activities that are carried out through an email account and a secret password of the client, which is personal, non-transferable and the exclusive and exclusive responsibility of the client.

    Weekbe Marketplace will make available to customers the colors in which they can purchase the products. These will be displayed as realistically as possible, however, it must be taken into account that with each computer/equipment the colors may be displayed differently, so the company is not responsible for this fact.

    2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS

       The user declares and agrees to have read and understood these Terms of Use and agrees to be bound by them and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations that are part of Colombian Legislation.

      When you use any service provided on this Site, you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms and conditions applicable to that particular service.

      Weekbe Marketplace is not responsible for the material on this Site being appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to it from territories where its content is illegal is prohibited.

      Those who choose to access this Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for complying with applicable local laws. If the user does not agree with these terms, please refrain from using this Site. Any claim in relation to this Site and the material contained therein is governed by the laws of Colombia. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice at any time, under the principle of autonomy of the Weekbe Marketplace. and from the date of modification of these terms and conditions, all transactions carried out between Weekbe Marketplace and the user will be governed by the modified document.

      3. THE PROVISIONS

      In the event that one or more of the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions are deemed void, illegal or ineffective in any respect, the validity, legality, enforceability or effectiveness of the remaining provisions contained herein shall not be affected or annulled thereby.

      4. REVIEW OF TERMS

      Weekbe Marketplace may modify the Terms, Conditions and Policies contained herein at any time. By using www.weekbe.com the user is aware that the terms that govern the conditions are those in force at the time of use of this site.

      5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

        All brands, logos, names and any other distinctive signs, as well as utility models or industrial designs, computer, graphic, advertising, photographic, multimedia, audiovisual or design material, as well as all content, texts and other elements of industrial or intellectual property inserted, used or displayed on this Site are the exclusive property of Weekbe Marketplace.

        Nothing on www.weekbe.com may be construed as granting or granting any title of authorizations, licenses or any other right to use or dispose of any form of Industrial Property, without the written permission of Weekbe Marketplace or the owner of the rights thereof.

        Any unauthorized use will constitute a violation of these Terms and Conditions and the current national and international regulations on Industrial Property and will authorize Weekbe Marketplace to take appropriate legal action.

        6. PRICE

          The total value of the purchase will be made up of the following items to be paid by the customer: value of the product, taxes and shipping costs, if applicable.

          Weekbe Marketplace is committed to constantly reviewing and updating the prices mentioned on the website and all sales channels. In turn, our client or user must be alert in case of any fluctuation in them, since the applicable value will be that of the day of purchase.

          PARAGRAPH 1: The company has and understands in one of its policies that every user and/or client must make a minimum purchase of fifteen thousand Colombian pesos (20,000 COP).

          7. PAYMENT REVERSAL

            In accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations, a Payment Reversal will be appropriate in accordance with the provisions of this Section.

            Payment Reversal will be applicable when the payment has been made through electronic commerce mechanisms, such as the Internet, and a credit card, debit card or any other electronic payment instrument has been used to make the payment. Participants in the payment process must reverse the payments requested by the consumer when they meet any of the following requirements:

            1. When the User is the subject of fraud.
            2. When it is an unsolicited purchase transaction.
            3. When the purchased product is not received.
            4. When the delivered product does not correspond to what was requested, does not comply with its inherent characteristics or those attributed by the information provided about it on the Site.
            5. When the delivered product is defective.

            In order for the payment reversal to proceed, within five (5) business days following the date on which the consumer was informed of the fraudulent or unsolicited transaction or that he should have received the product or received it defective or not corresponding to what was requested, the consumer must file a complaint with Weekbe Marketplace and return the product, when applicable, and notify the issuer of the electronic payment instrument used to make the purchase of the claim, which, together with the other participants in the payment process, will proceed to reverse the transaction to the buyer.

            Taking into account the above, the Payment Reversal will only be carried out through a written request by the User as long as it is within the previously indicated period and complies with all the requirements established in this Section. The Payment Reversal Request must be sent by the User in writing to the following email address: servicioalcliente@weekbe.com

            In the particular case that the purchase includes several Products, the User may request a partial reversal of the payment for those for which any of the events described herein occur. In accordance with the above, the User must clearly state the value for which the reversal is requested, which must correspond to the value of the product or products for which the cause arises. For all purposes, if a partial reversal is to be carried out, all the provisions set forth in the following points must be complied with in the email indicated above:

            • Full name of the User.
            • Email with which you accessed the Site.
            • Order Number of the Purchase Order.
            • Identification number assigned by the Transport company for tracking the shipment.
            • Description of the reason or reasons for which you are requesting payment reversal and the reasons on which you base your Payment Reversal Request.
            • Description of the purchase amount for which the Payment Reversal is requested.
            • The payment method used for the purchase and the identification details of the bank account, credit or debit card or payment instrument, as applicable.
            • The delivery date of the product(s), as applicable.
            • Documents, photographs and other files that can prove the information provided and support the Payment Reversal Request.

            The User who has received the Products must keep them in the same conditions in which they were delivered until they are returned to Weekbe Marketplace.

            At the time that the Payment Reversal Request made by the user meets the requirements described here and is approved, it will be reflected in the corresponding payment method within an approximate period of (15) business days counted from the notification to the issuer of the electronic payment instrument.

            8. INVOICE

              The invoice will be sent together with the purchased product to the address provided by the customer or, failing that, to the registered email address. The issuance of this invoice is proof of said transaction. The transaction is understood as acceptance of these conditions.

              9. TRANSMISSION OF THE ORDER

                The order is transmitted as soon as Weekbe Marketplace delivers the product to the transport company or courier to be sent to the customer or the person designated by the customer.

                If the delivered product has packaging with broken seals or shows signs of damage to its packaging, at the time of delivery it must be recorded in the Campo Noticias guide or notified to the courier. This point applies as a restriction to the customer's obligation to carefully inspect the package for aesthetics in the company of the carrier or courier before signing the "Receipt of Compliance" guide or receiving it.

                10. PRODUCT PACKING

                  Weekbe Marketplace will send the products packed in security bags, or in boxes with their respective seal in such a way as to ensure proper preservation of the product.

                  11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

                    To benefit from Law 1480 of 2011 of the consumer statute, you must know the following:

                    Returns must be managed through the website at the PQRS link or through the email servicioalcliente@weekbe.com, where all the information to send the product will be provided. The maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal will be five (5) business days from the delivery of the good. The Right of withdrawal is effective as long as the product is not a good for personal use, is not a perishable good, does not present changes in its characteristics according to the conditions in which it was delivered, HAS NOT BEEN USED or shows any wear and tear and does not present quality problems derived from use.

                    Likewise, the product must be delivered with all its accessories and original packaging (A representative from the quality and control area will verify the general condition of the item, which must not have signs of use and must operate normally; if it does not comply with the specifications mentioned above, the product will be returned to the customer).

                    IMPORTANT: If you exercise your right of withdrawal, please note that the shipping costs and any other costs involved in returning the product are borne by the customer (Notify that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal).

                    Cases in which the refund applies:

                    • When the purchased product is not received.
                    • When the delivered product does not meet its specifications.

                    RETURN METHODS AND TERMS

                    The refund will be made within 15 business days following the date on which it is accepted by the company. This will be done by means of a gift card or voucher with the total value of the order. To make it effective in cash, the user must request it through the email servicioalcliente@weekbe.com. It is the consumer's duty to provide the information required by Weekbe Marketplace for the proper refund of money.

                    12. PRODUCT CHANGES AND WARRANTIES

                    At Weekbe Marketplace our goal is to serve you in the best way possible and we want you to always be satisfied with your order, but we understand that sometimes you may have changes or guarantees and in that case, we want to make this process easy for you, so we are going to make our EXCHANGE AND WARRANTY POLICIES clear. We invite you to read carefully everything detailed below so that these processes are successful and that you are clear about when, how and what they apply to.

                    This exchange and guarantee policy applies to purchases made in Colombian territory.

                    EXCHANGE AND WARRANTY POLICY

                    At Weekbe Marketplace , quality is paramount, which is why we thoroughly test all of our products in real-world conditions to ensure they are fully capable of withstanding the uses for which they were designed. It is very rare for our products to be damaged or defective. Returned products will be inspected by Weekbe Marketplace 's quality control department; if the damage is a result of a manufacturing defect or if the product does not meet factory specifications, the respective exchange process will be carried out. You have 90 days (3 months) to return your damaged or defective product.

                    We are committed to providing a friendly, fast and clear exchange process.

                    HOW DOES IT WORK OR APPLY?

                    • The product must be delivered with all its accessories and original packaging.
                    • You must present the purchase invoice physically or virtually.
                    • For exchanges, MONEY BACK does not apply, it will be exchanged for another product.
                    • After communicating your disagreement and clarifying that you want to exchange your purchase, YOU HAVE THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS to return the product. If the product has not been returned within this period, there will be no right to exchange it.
                    • Weekbe Marketplace will have a maximum of fifteen (15) business days after receiving the product to carry out the warranty process. If the process takes longer than the aforementioned, the customer will be notified of the reasons for this.
                    • Transportation and other costs involved in the exchange process will be fully borne by Weekbe Marketplace as long as the quality and control department has determined that the damage to the returned products is a result of a manufacturing defect and not due to misuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame source, excessive heat, etc.). If they have been damaged by improper use or activities other than the intended purpose (for example, excessive battery charging, abuse, bumps and falls, etc.) the buyer will be notified and the product will be returned, WITH THE BUYER ASSUMING THE COSTS OF SHIPPING THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCT.
